Complete overhaul of a beautiful Grade 2 listed cottage in Chichester. This project involved a full design service from NiNN including interior design, architecture and procurement. Flint Cottage, is situated in the old part of Chichester overlooking the local church. NiNN successfully navigated a tricky planning application, working closely with heritage and conservation officers for a scheme sympathetic to the old fabric. Internally the home has been completely modernised, with an orangery style extension housing a 2.4m oculus as a beautiful centrepiece. The property was fitted with solar, an air source heat pump and battery to be as ecologically sympathetic to the environment as possible.
