A complete renovation and rear extension of a Victorian terraced house in South London. The young couple who own this property wanted a complete transformation from a house untouched for decades. 

The brief was to create a warm sociable open plan kitchen, dining and entertainment space on the ground floor, as well as re structure the house to create a home for the future. This elegant scheme incorporated cosy nooks, a new utility space as well as full interior design throughout. 

Holding on to the existing fabric where possible was incredibly important, so as not to destroy the heritage of the house - our design is therefore sympathetic and incorporates touches of modern luxury.

The lowering of the ground floor to the extension added a further drama to the new portion of the house, allowing for oversized Crittall style doors and windows.
