NiNN has been appointed to create designs for an extension to a property in the heart of Victoria Park Village. The proposal looks to reconsider the ground floor arrangement to celebrate the courtyard garden, and add a new first floor extension to create a new bedroom.

Works on site are aimed to start early 2024.
